Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Storevana (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to merchants who create stores and to shoppers who make purchases through Storevana-powered storefronts.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create a merchant account. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Merchant Accounts

As a merchant, you are responsible for the content, products, and services listed in your store. You agree to:

• Provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability.
• Fulfill orders promptly and handle customer service, returns, and refunds in accordance with your stated policies and applicable law.
• Not list prohibited items including counterfeit goods, illegal substances, weapons, or stolen property.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.

4. Shopper Terms

Purchases are made directly from the merchant operating the store. Storevana facilitates the transaction but is not a party to the sale. Payment processing, order fulfillment, and product warranties are the responsibility of the respective merchant, subject to their own policies.

5. Payments & Fees

Merchants may be charged platform fees as described in the pricing plan selected at the time of registration. Payment processing fees from third-party providers (Stripe, Razorpay) are separate and governed by their respective terms.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ advance notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

6. Intellectual Property

Your content. You retain ownership of all content (product images, descriptions, brand assets) you upload to the Platform. By uploading, you grant Storevana a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process that content as necessary to operate the service, including AI-powered features like Virtual Studio.

Our platform. The Storevana name, logo, software, and design are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without written permission.

7. AI-Generated Content

Virtual Studio and AI Campaign features generate content based on your inputs. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from errors or suitable for all purposes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to access systems, data, or accounts without authorization.
• Disrupting the availability, performance, or security of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate fraud.
• Scraping, data mining, or automated access beyond normal use.
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Merchants may close their store from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your store will be taken offline and data will be retained per our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storevana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Platform.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
